Thomas "Tom" Gerard CASSIDYDecember 28, 1956 - March 3, 2010 Obituary:
Peacefully at home on Wednesday, March 3, 2010, Tom, in his 54th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Heather (née Hawboldt). Loving father of Ryan. Predeceased by his parents Gerald and Betty Cassidy. Brother of Geraldine Robinson and her husband Lloyd Irish, Jean Cassidy; the late Vivian Peelow and her husband Dale, the late Mary Hawboldt and her husband Kevin and the late Catherine Trolley and her husband Richard. Brother-in-law of David Hawboldt and his wife Alice, Kathy Hickey and her husband Barry and the late Dave Robinson. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at McINTOSH-ANDERSON FUNERAL HOME LTD., 152 King Street East, Oshawa (905-433-5558) on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Prayers at 2:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Gertrude’s Roman Catholic Church, 690 King Street East, Oshawa on Monday, March 8, 2010 at 10:00 am with interment to take place in Maynooth, Ontario in the spring. Donations in memory of Tom made to “Canadian Tire Jumpstart” (for youth sports and recreation) or the “Oshawa Hospital Foundation” (Colonel R. S.
